This post is bitter-sweet for one major reason: it was our last wedding before this pandemic took place. We miss days like these. What an amazing couple and wedding day this was! We feel incredibly lucky that Haley and Randy chose to work with us for their destination wedding in San Francisco. These two and most of their guests came from a small town in Texas to celebrate their marriage. San Francisco is where Haley and Randy visited during the early days of their relationship, and it has become a special place for them… and now even more so! We think it’s so cool that they wanted to show off this city to all of their friends and family!
It was an absolute DREAM working with Haley and Randy *AND* getting to roam City Hall with no one else there! They rented the whole space out for two hours! True story: I had this exact dream wedding on my vision board and only a few short months after putting that on there, Haley and Randy reached out for us to photograph their engagement session and then their wedding.
This day was unforgettable. I was sore from laughing, crying, and honestly most of all from holding my camera up while the wind hurled my body in one direction during their portraits at Sutro Baths. Thanks for having us, Haley and Randy!!!!! (Not enough exclamation points).
